- Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are exempt from refunds, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom curtains or carpets).
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- Clearance or final sale items, as explicitly marked at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
